The person on duty gave me a handicapped accessible room after telling me that he had no room for me. So I didn¿t have to look for a new hotel. It was 8.30 at night. Not too late.

I found a bunch of hair in the bed. I had to wait, the reception was closed in the mornings.

The fact that it was a roof over my head and had air conditioning.

The room is covered in nicotine and smoke. I lifted up the blankets to check for bed bugs and the old mattress had so many brown stains I couldn¿t tell if bed bugs were one of its many problems. My sheets had other peoples hairs on them.

this place is a dump. only stayed here for pet. My pet was disgusted.

I saw improvement from the last time I stayed there. Room was cleaner and the parking lot was in better condition.

This hotel needs a makeover. Needs painting inside and out. Microwaves need to be replaced. Curtains need to be replaced or at least taken down and washed. Tubs in the bathrooms need to be updated, as well as the coffee pots and hair dryers in each room.

Smoky strong odor room. Leaking sink. Only one very old towel and only one very old super small face towel. Busted lights, no fire alarm. Am so tired to complain si I just sucked it up. Not a good room where they put me. Am choking with smoke strong odor.

Price is the only thing I like about this hotel.

I have been staying at this hotel on occasion for the past 5 years. I have watched it slowly fall apart and become a place I will no longer stay at. I have seen management change hands ³-4 times and each time the place just gets dirtier and more run down

Location needs cleaning and everything replaced. Lights out, Doors don't fit right. Needs cleaning and new furniture. No amenities. Had to asks for towels and pillows

Nothing. Really noisey from a busy intersecion.lots of loud road noise. Homeless bums and hooked in parking lot.

Mattress is very uncomfortable I can fell the coil springs Window contain was old with holes, bath tab was dirty with cigarette burns

Yes, the features are outdated, the volume on the TV did not work whatsoever the entire time.The room was really small.The remote would not work for the Roku.The outside of the entire hotel where you walk including the escalators, were very dirty& sticky.

I liked the room I got switched to. The first room I got wasn't the best but they were more than accomadating with putting us in a different room and that room ended up being excellent. Staff were very friendly and I got deposit back fast.

I did not like all the shady people hanging around at night that did freak me out a bit but one of the hotel staff was on top of getting rid of the people who didn't belong there so it wasn't too bad.

Terrible experience, staff forgot to return my driver¿s license. When I called them, no one is offering help to mail it back to me. Unhelpful and terrible staff.

Nothing service was horriblr

Security listened at my door at night tried to enter 3 different times knowing I was in room it was disgusting

Easy booking and location

The noise level of construction it sounded like above us for 33 hours straight and the screaming at 2am of prostitutes.

The bath room was dirty and smell bad, later on i found one bug bed on the bed.

Blood on floor and walls, urine in tub and on toilet seat, pulled the covers back on the bed and found long black hairs, I am a blonde. Rented the room to us but didn't tell us there was no hot water in any of the rooms until checkout and didn't offer any

Mangement-owner promising one thing and refusing to follow through. Staff barely speaks understandable English. When complaints to red roof corporate about hotel we were threatened and told to leave because complaints submitted to red roof corporate.

The only positive thing I can say is the wifi was very strong.

Horrible experience. I have traveled a lot, including third-word countries. As I was checking in, another guest was complaining to the manager about finding a hyper-dermic needle in his room. The hotel is mostly used by prostitutes and drug users. Scary!
