Location was the main thing close to our niece we were visiting. The cleanliness of the unit and the pool was a big plus. Unavailability of internet in the unit was definitely a big negative.
Clean, quiet, well stocked and everyone was above and beyond expectation,

Unavailability of internet for non-members was a big negative.
No nice restaurants around. The entrance to the room needed swept. The bath tub was dangerously slippery.
