The location was good and seemed relatively safe

The room wreaked of pine sol to the point it gave me a head ache. There was two huge gross clumps of hair on the floor and mold or grime on the exposed sink pipes. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Very well taken care. The decoration is excellent, high end furniture and comfortable beds. Quiet, amazing staff, it has rooms with 2 queen beds available, which is great when traveling 3 or 4 people.

Rooms are not the biggest ones.

I enjoyed the quiet "out of town" feel although it is on the edge of town which makes shopping and dining close by. There was no partying noise that has plagued me at other hotels in the surrounding area.

They could have paid more attention to trash in the outdoor planters, but that did not affect my space or the actual rooms.

My gps never got me to hotel kept taking me around over seven time never found hotel. The address was correct on site hotel even triple checking but no hotel

I¿m sorry I cancelled the booking the same day it was accidentally booked wrong dates so I backed out and booked two weeks ago and stayed that was awesome. Well as for cancellation I guess it didn¿t go through but yet I got charged on the 11/8/2023

Almost everything. Noise was minimal, room was clean, pretty big mini fridge for a hotel room, heater worked great, most appliances worked

A couple of outlets didn't work and you sort of sunk into the beds to the point where it was hard to turn in it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room rate was very reasonable.

Bathroom sink was small and old. There was no breakfast but the cheaper rate made up for it.

It¿s an old, cheap hotel that¿s managed and cared for quite well. Owners drive BMW¿s but such fine automobiles are otherwise absent.

Overall, it was a wonderful motel, room, and experience. The man at the front desk -the manager, I believe, was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean.

Two electrical plugs did not work and, since my laptop was low on battery energy, it created problems. I finally found a socket that did work and was able to recharge my battery.

Very quiet and clean.

I was very surprised to arrive and find that it is a motel and not a hotel. It¿s advertised as a hotel. Very poor sound insulation between rooms (upstairs to downstairs). Bright lights from courtyard shine past blinds at night. Lots of train horn noise.

Did not feel safe. Checked out a few hours after checking in. Clerk did not ask why and did not seem surprised.

i was very upset when i was told that coffee was served only in the office they made no comments about it. I was up ser t again when i went to office for coffee and there was none available.........not good

In a quiet area thats not very busy and still close to highway. About 15 minutes from Wzrner Brothers Studios.

No pool.

This motel is more than five start hotel it¿s so clean which is important to me easy access to all attractions, reasonable price, nice stuff , I am going to be back for sure for my next stay.

Descent place.A little bit of rifraf hanging around. Someone got in my car.I get to go look at the video tomorrow.

noisy location...on busy road. near train tracks...loud freight trains at 3AM and 6AM.
