It was dirty and the linens were not washed. The room had smoke smell.

Was clean, comfy for a night's stay.

Check in was ackward, locked in the office w/virtual agent. They charged an unknown $20 fee. Hotel is under Choice Hotels International, same thing happened with their other hotel, Comfort Inn - BBB complaint submitted for fradulent business tactics.

The location. Close to everything.

I had bug bites the next day after our stay. I am terrified they were bed bugs. I have not taken anything out of my car and am not sure what to do. I pray we are not going to get them if they were.

Honestly there's nothing good to say about this place

First, when I got in my room it smelled very bad to cigarettes. Then the cleanliness was bad all over the room, vanity mirror, toilet. They ask for a deposit of $20. If you need to leave early in the morning, nobody can give you your deposit until 8am

Location and friendly staff. Good stay for a night or two.

I have booked with this hotel before, but the room was not the best. The room smelled like smoke, yet it had a no smoking sign. The top sheets had cigarette burns or dryer burns. The staff could have just replaced the top sheets.

The smoke detector sounded every other minute. Front desk replaced battery and it still sounds. His solution was to take the smoke detector away. No replacement, has to wait for the maintenance to come the next day at 11 am.

When assistance was needed they promptly met our needs

The steep stairs no elevator i hurt my hip so struggled a little but other than that we had an excellent stay

Cheap and they would work with us on payments

The one staff lady that worked in the front she was always rude and disrespectful to me.

It was a place to sleep.? or pretend to sleep

There were roaches in the room, we found someone?s cashapp card in the sheets so that tells you they weren?t changed. We requested non smoking room, but the too. REEKED of smoke, very obvious illegal related activities going on outside the rooms.

The TV is big, I like the room set up.

Smelled like too much bleach,no lamp.to bright.

They gave my room away and told me if I was going to stay II would have to pay more for a two bed room. I told them NO they said they would refund my money. My diisable husband had to go find another room. I have not gotten the refund yet.

Rooms smell, sheets smell, not safe

in general, everything is very clean, the room is a very good size and the bed is very comfortable, good internet signal.

I did not like that the snack machines did not work and that the room had a bit of a musty smell, the bathtub in the bathroom made some noises as if it was going to break.

Close to freeway

Dirty room, urine sheets, chunks of hair in the bathroom, sketchy area, no working television

The manager is not a professional.He is really rude .He is hanging the phone to not answer

Distance to downtown

Found a wad of hair folded into our supposedly clean towels. Ended up canceling the second night of our stay since we couldn't verify the cleanliness.

Room dirty, holes on the blankets, spills of something red on the walls, no soundproof at all, could here the nearby highway, music from guests¿ cars and people in other rooms

The deposit was the best part.

That there was not a controller to the tv when we got in the room however was an easy fix. Also looked like possibly someone else had been in the room before us and wasnt properly cleaned before we entered

Horrible place. Found bugs in my shower tub I asked for a different room. And of course (no rooms available) I killed the bugs and placed on the floor next to toilet. I came back n bugs still on the floor. They don't clean the rooms at all. Disgust

The bed sheet had hair from the previous occupants. Err bottles and cigarettes on top of the outside air conditioning unit in seveorooms. Front office was antisocial. I will never go back to Roadway Motel.
