Aesthetically the room was very pretty. The happy hour and breakfast were a nice touch. The bathroom was amazing, nice soaking tub.

The hotel is supposedly no longer under construction however, we were placed in the “wellness Wing“ the Wing is essentially a stark hallway that smelled very strongly of chlorine and across from our room was a construction zone, my partner said it felt like a dorm. There was construction equipment parked outside of our window and while the room was pretty nothing worked the way it should. Our fridge was not working so I used the chat feature in the Hilton app to contact the front desk to fix it, which took hours to receive a response and more than half our stay to get fixed. Nespresso in our room didn’t work. Could never get connected to the WiFi and there is no cell signal in the rooms. The thermostat only works to control the temperature in the sitting room which took us a while to realize. There are also lights around the base of the bed that are motion sensor which seems like a nice touch until someone has to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and the room lights up like the sun, we couldn’t figure out how to disable this feature.

The breakfast is very disappointing, gas station burritos and individually packed cereal the only options

The room was great The remodeled bathroom with soaking tub was fantastic - and the bed very comfortable.

The parking charge of 25 dollars a night was not included in our Booking .com reservation, and was not made clear to us at check-In. So we were given an unexpected surprise on our invoice after our stay. Also pet fee policy was not shared during our Booking.com reservation, which would have helped inform our decisions and budget planning.
