- Location. Great downtown Napa location with free parking. Staff was efficient. Not exactly friendly, but very efficient.
- Terrific location. Include $20 coupon for the wonderful Sweetie Pies Bakery next door. Free parking. Only wished I had gone for the room with balcony over looking the river

- The hotel felt like staying at grandma’s house. Nothing horrible but very antiquated and tired. Shuttered windows didn’t close properly, many shutters broken. Paid for an executive king room with fireplace. Fireplace wouldn’t stay on. Breakfast is basically baked sweets from the bakery. Not real food. Felt cheated for the price paid.
