Pros +
- Convenient location close to shopping, restaurants but tucked away from the main area. , clean, friendly staff.
- It was clean
- The hotel staff were friendly, attentive and the check-in process was very fast. The kitchen area was clean and well maintained. The food was delicious and I loved the pancake machine ?
Cons -
- We had leave.
- The pillows were too soft
- There were very noisy neighbors in the room next to mine and management made several attempts to make contact with them, but they ignored both the phone and the knocks on their door from management. While I am happy that management made attempts to resolve the issue for me, I feel that perhaps a fee should be added to any guest that is disruptive to other guests , especially after certain hours of the night. Management offered to move me to another room, however I declined because I was already settled in and didnt want to be inconvenienced. This hotel's guests mainly consists of traveling business contractors who drive large commercial vehicles which take up lots of space in the parking lot. These were my only negative experience during my stay.
