Located conveniently one mile from downtown Morro Bay, this ocean view motel offers modern amenities and close proximity to exciting local activities such as whale watching, wine tasting and surfing. The guest rooms feature microwaves and refrigerators at the Holland Inn. The Holland Inn & Suites is across the street from the beach and less than one mile from the famous Morro Rock. Several dining options are located within in a short drive.

- The bed was sturdy yet comfortable, great for getting it on.
- Grocery store right next door.
- Just a few minutes from the beach and a grocery store next door
Cons -
- It was a nice hotel, not very clean and mattress was very uncomfortable, woke up with my body hurting.
- The floors felt dirty, the room smelled odd. Some very distinguishably removable spots along walls and doors/doorways. The internet and cable went out second night there (they fixed it), room key went obsolete day before check out.
- He charged 25.00 to check in early plus tax. The bed was if it was falling apart the tv have very few channels most where audio no water pressure for shower. Never ever will I stay here again and not to mention the parking check it out for yourselves
