Great location! The spa was fantastic

The bathroom was terrible

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good each morning. Probably the best was the view from our room. We had an ocean view room and we could see the Rock right in front of us. Very quiet hotel too. Enjoyed it!

The rooms walls were really thin. You could hear everything going on in the hall and the room next door. We had the third floor so no was above us. Room was really small and dated.

Rooms are always clean and we had a beautiful room with an ocean view! The staff was very friendly.

Location! Our room had a great view of Morro Rock, balcony, easy walk to many different restaurants and bookstore, quick walk down to the bayfront. Staff were great, friendly, responsive. Bed very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Easy parking.

Bathroom window opens into the main/inside/walkway part of the hotel, which seems not great for privacy and security. Lobby not open after 9pm so if you are arriving later or need something, you need to call on-site staff and wait (not bad, just FYI).

Staff from the time we arrived till the time we departed. Very helpful staff, nice room, nice view of the ocean and bay, Great weather they even had a balcony you can sit outside and feel the weather and experience. Great sunsets!

Wifi and Internet was not good at all

Cannot think of anythink I disliked about this hotel!

Great location, free parking, and breakfast is included. The rooms all had balconies for fresh air.

Despite being budget accommodations, the hotel is definitely in need of some upgrades and repairs. Water leak on the first floor, ice machine was broken, our showerhead and curtain combination resulted in a totally wet bathroom, and no A/C.

Enjoyed everthing; friendly staff, room, hot tub, complimentary breakfast and evening wine.

The heater made some noise.

Very easy walk to the shore. Clean room and hotel. Great complemetary wine and coffee/tea. It¿s a pity that the spa was out of order and that the rock couldn¿t be seen at all the first day because of heavy fog. Will definitely stay at this hotel again

The location is perfect, the bed was comfortable, the entire property is very clean.

The half wall between the sink/mirror and the bedroom. The small window in the toilet/shower rooms and the interior walkway.

Good secure parking, wine upon arrival, inviting common spaces on each floor and breakfast better than most budget hotels
