I love the location and friendliness of the staff! This has been my go to spot in Morro Bay for many years. Love this hotel.

Very close to all activities. Walking distance to so much. Hot tub was on and working!! Very nice room.

Not much. An issue had to be handled due to the people below us. It was which was very nice.

Very nice hotel for the price right across from the bay. Other than a big crane on the waterfront in my view..no big deal really..it was nice! The front desk lady was super nice..had a cute dog to pet while I was waiting.

I would stay again. Fluffy bedding. Great little balcony to enjoy the evening. Plenty of parking. Nothing bad to say at all!

The pillows and bed were a bit too hard for me personally. I know to bring my own pillow for my bad neck.

We absolutely ¿¿ enjoyed our 32nd wedding anniversary there. The hot tub was amazing ¿¿ and everything was so clean.

If there was anything that would need an improvement would be to have softer bedding sheets and a continental breakfast.To me that would be over the top! Thank you!

It was quiet, we had a lovely view of the harbor & a fireplace! Loved it!

The location was perfect and our view from the balcony was great. The room was large. They had a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave which we appreciated.

The beds were not very comfortable. The pillow were flat. The towels were thin. I am guessing that the price was high because of the location. I would not stay here again because of the beds.

I enjoy my stay at this hotel, however there was missing information during the reservation process that led to staying in a room I didn't intend to stay in. Also spa hours are at the hotels convenience not the guests convenience.

The view was amazing!!! We got there late check in was quick and easy. We slept very well. My family was very comfortable and the room had everything we didn¿t know we would need.

We had no problems with the hotel.

It was across the street from the waterfront.

They gave us a room that was inferior to the room we had selected and paid a premium for. The front desk staff tried to upsell us into a room with a fireplace when I asked why we had been assigned to a room that did not have the amenities I had selected.

Beautiful rooms, views, decor etc Staff is very sweet The downside is this is the second time I’ve stayed there and not slept at all the whole night because there’s pounding on the ceiling above my room. My kids were up until 3:30am.

Noisy hallways. Nobody on site at night to assist. Nobody returned my calls or email regarding the pounding on my ceiling

Location and cleaniness

Television screen could be bigger, a more comfortable chair in room would be nice, and shampoo container was empty.

We could hear rolling of housekeeping staff's wheelers out in the hallway. They use some kind of basket cart that makes a loud hum when it rolls on the 2nd floor.

The LOCATION Was good but we stared at a construction crane all weekend which we were told was considered a partial view. You’ve got to be kidding me. We have been to hundreds of hotels and a large piece of equipment is not a partial view..

We paid for a view of the bay. There were many other hotels which were cheaper and on top of this we had no breakfast and the spa was closed. This was understandable. However our entire view of the bay was blocked by a large crane. So it was bad.

Location and staff. The two breakfast hosts were extremely nice and helpful.

Paper thin walls. Could hear conversations in the other room and cars driving outside. The breakfast selection was sparse compared to similar star-level hotels (e.x., Best Western). TV was old. Didn't have a USB port to run my Roku.
