The room was clean and roomy. Excellent location to restaurants and shops.

The room was simple but very clean & tidy. It was just a short walk down to the Embarcadero & the bay, so the location was perfect. All in all it was a great hotel.

Newly remodeled and everything was very clean, good location at a good price.

No closet to hang up cloths. No vanity in the bathroom for my toiletries! Very inconvenient. It felt a little like camping out only cleaner!

The Hotel was in a great location, the remodel was very nice and up to date. I will definitely stay at this location again and I have already recommended it to friends. Its a very close walk to the restaurants and shops and a great walk to Morro Bay Park.

Drain is broken in the shower & it takes a whole lot of wiggling of the handle to make to water go down the drain. Bed is worn out and creaky. I would not stay here again. No regular coffee avail. Decaf only. Staff was nice. It was my 15 yr anniversary :/

Bathroom sink drain broke,no tv guide, air conditioning worked somewhat, toilet was so small to it came from a child daycare

Very nice and very clean. Had a problem with the television and the staff came right up and fixed it. They were really nice and the hotel is a block from dorns restaurant.

The location of this hotel was perfect! Walking distance to everything.

The hotel had paper thin walls between rooms. We could hear the guest above us snoring all night and the guests next to us talking and laughing all night.

Room was comfortable and location perfect. Problem with the bathroom window not locking. The bathroom door would not shut. overall we enjoyed our stay and the price was affordable.

we had the unfortunate luck to be next to the ice machine, which was very noisy.

The walls were very thin. You could easily here the next room's conversations.

Recent upgrade noticeably room clean bed and pillows very comfortable but floor was spongy felt like a trampoline in more than one spot

Thin Walls. Double booked room so people were outside at 2 am trying to get a new room.

Location, small complex,renovated room

The room was updated very clean and the bed was so nice to sleep in. The room we had was on the 2nd floor and you could see the bay out our windows. Quite and a nice breeze went through the room. The staff was friendly and I liked the free amenities.

The location of the hotel was excellent and close to a lot of restaurants.

The manager was not the friendliest guy.

Needs a mirror in the room, not just in the bathroom. Breakfast needed fruit. Hours for breakfast start at 7:30am which is a bit late. 6:30 would be great!

Lobby was dirty and outdated. Breakfast was a gallon of milk in fridge and some cereal. Room had a broken window. Not worth the money

This owner is extremely rude and hostile. Charges above the qouted amount and reacts in a hostile manner when questioned about it. I would avoid this hotel at all costs!

Had a nice feel to the place. And has a great location.

When first starting up the water for the bath/shower, the water first came out Brown... but became "normal" within a seeing or two ...

Breakfast oould be better (but not bad for the price), disposable coffee & water cups in the rooms
