Blufftop Inn & Suites - Wharf/Restaurant District

This hotel is super close to Embarcadero Street (one block), which we walked and enjoyed being so close to Morro Rock.

You can hear noise fairly easily. My husband insists on sleeping with a fan on, so we brought one with us. However, when the fan wasn't on you could hear a lot of noise.

Location & cleanliness!! I also love that we didn?t have to do a deposit & pay for parking.

The rooms are brilliantly renovated - clean, cute and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.

The walls (and ceiling) are definitely thin, as stated in other reviews I read. My husband likes to sleep with a fan, so we brought one and had no issues.

I wish there was some outdoor seating so your guests wouldn¿t feel so claustrophobic in the rooms. The rooms are small. No closet space.

Parking was a bit small and tight.

My wife and I spent 4 nights at the Blufftop while attending the Morro Bay Birding Festival. The location is excellent, close to the festival event sites and to excellent restaurants. The rooms are modern and clean. We will be coming back next year.

Super clean good location and nice staff.

The walls super thin could hear everyone talking, and bed was too soft for my liking. The girlfriend liked it though.

Breakfast not included. Our stay was peak and during Cal Poly graduation so rates seems higher.Grerat location. Next to Carla's Restaurant across the street with good food and service. One blockto the Wharf and many seafood restaurants and great views of the bay and ROCK,

Our room key did not work returning late and needed to call the front desk attendant. He was prompt and helpful.

Room was small, but only there for one night so not a huge issue. If you have kids, might want to look for something bigger. The location was perfect and staff was friendly.

The room was clean, and when I mean clean, the smell of bleach was obnoxious, like a bleach factory. I had to leave the windows open and fan on for a few hours to get rid of the "clean" smell

The evening staff member called to verify our check in time and even offered to stay late by 10 min for our arrival. The room was nicely updated and clean.

The guests next door were partying, playing music, and smoking til after midnight. Walls were thin enough to hear conversations. Not the fault of the hotel necessarily, but it detracted from the experience. The bathroom vanity was missing some paint on one side. The hand soap and shower gel were switched and could not be moved.

The location is perfect! The room was clean and well designed. The property is well kept. Another great stay! Highly recommend!

The noise from the room above ~ laminate flooring and noisy neighbors.

It’s a great value, clean, very friendly staff, great location and parking.

The walls have very little noise protection between the room and floors. With noisy neighbors I recommend some good ear plugs The water pressure in our shower was extremely low and if you have long hair count in some extra time to rise the shampoo.

The room is nice and clean. It is very close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars. We enjoyed it a lot and want to come back again.

We liked how exceptionally clean our room was. The staff were very friendly. The location near the wharf and the restaurants was convenient, easily within walking distance.
