Nice size room, clean, good location, nice view of Morro Bay Harbor etc.

There should be written directions to the remote control that operates the heating unit. We didn¿t know how to use it, and we didn¿t have have heat the first night. That was bad! We didn¿t need heat until after midnight, so when we didn¿t contact manag

The remote control to the heater needed to have some instructions on how to use it. Beware! Find out when you get there! Or you could be cold overnight!

The location is excellent, the hotel is well maintained and the staff was very nice. Paul, the manager, is the abosolute BEST! Friendly, sweet and helpful and accommmodating!

Location was great and earlier check in time is nice.

Limited parking in lot. At night we had to park across the street because the lot was full. Walls are quite thin. We could hear the children above us and the couple next door all night long.

Location was great, ease of checking in and out. Room was comfortable. And price for off season and star level was great!

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was excellent. And the price was amazing.

The only issue we had was parking. It¿s a very small lot, so parking wasn¿t always easy. It was never a huge issue, and we were able to park or vehicle with in sight of our room.

That it had been remolded since my last visit, size of the room and the location.

I was called at 4:00 pm the day of check in by the hotel to confirm I would be checking in that day. I thought that was totally unnecessary.

Hair are all over the bathroom floor, chairs and carpet were filthy

First ocean view room we walked into had a dirty diaper next to the refrigerator, the lady came and picked it up, and was snotty, trying to convince us it was no big deal because it was a very clean room. The new room we got everything was not working,

Location was good. Loved having microwave and refrigerator. One thing that would have helped me is a (or some) hook(s) in the bathroom because there wasn't much counter space for clothing and/or robe to hang.

Not enough coffee packets, but easily obtained from cleaning staff. Thank you.

Nice room,alot of space.

Although it was close to shops. There wasnt really an ocean view which was the reason I picked this hotel. Also the seagulls and sea lions were heard all night.

proprietors were very nice ez access to all the area I wanted to visit room very clean exceeded my expectations and the room rate wqas excellent thank you

The location is excellent and staff was very friendly.

Parking was a little tight, but not out of the ordinary for the area.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable.

Everything is VERY bare bones. Outside areas are dirty with cigarettes and other debris. No coffee/breakfast in morning. Only 1 towel, we had to go down to office and request more. No umbrellas on patio. Dirty chairs. Hardly any staff.

My room did not look like the picture. the man was rude. he was attempting to get more money from me and change my room. when i looked at the room it told me that was the last room but when i got there it looked empty.

i did not get what the picture showed me no fireplace. felt like i got the worst room in the place because i didn't upgrade for more money.

I paid for a Bayview but it was pretty pathetic and was right on the main road it was heavily trafficked so it was very noisy. I cant believe they charge a premium for that room

The room was nice and big, I loved the deck to sit out at sunset. It was very close to the Main Street. I loved hearing the sea lions and seagulls in our room.

The lack of soaps and shampoos could have been better. Also the patio furniture on the deck was old and worn out, it could be so nice if they spent a little more on updating the deck. No breakfast was kinda of a bummer.

Location was awesome...close to everything! An easy walk to the beach, ocean activities, dining...

Parking was horrible...not enough spots for hotel guests!
