Location is excellent and central!

The room was not clean. We’ve stayed here before and somehow this time was worse than last. Sheets and towels were either stained or dirty. Walls, etc. needed a good wipe down. Wall socket didn’t have a cover??

I liked that the family room had 3 queen size beds that were comfortable.

There was no place to sit in the room. Not a single chair.

The TV doesn?t offer the basic channels of cbs, nbc, or abc.

There was no place to sit to eat although it had a kitchenette and no place for both of us to sit and read. Not furnished adequately It was covered on bird squirt. Granted it was by the beach but yuck

Clean room

No elevator for a 3 story hotel. The TV wouldn?t work. 9 Seagulls perch on the roof and start squawking at 5 am to wake me up. Tiny line of the ocean, not much to mention.

The hotel was great! Close to eateries, shopping, and attractions!

There was no water available in the vending machines downstairs at night.

Location. Easy walking distance from the embarcadero. Room was basic, clean and quiet. The staff both check in and check out were very friendly. The rate was less than halfwhat i normally pay in Pism. .

My room could have used a table and chairs or couch. I was solo so the one desk chair was OK but with two not so much.

Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable beds and only 2 blocks from the embarcadero definitely my go to for Morro Bay.

Clean, quiet, good location, large room, lots of convenient outlets, comfortable bed.

Poor water pressure in shower, crumbling outside steps on stairwell, no breakfast offering. Too much outside light coming into room at night - needs room darkening window treatment.

I've been going here for the last few years. Ann Marie at the desk it always friendly. Room is always clean. To top it off they are remodeling and that meant a brand new bed. This will probably be my go to for another five years.

The view of Morro Rock was perfect! The manager was very accomodating and professional. Room access was easy. Room was very CLEAN. Nice sheets and pillows. Slept GREAT!

Restaurant behind hotel was loud with trash cans. Of course it was around 9 a.m. so not asleep...so wasnt bad. Nothing wrong with this hotel.

The ac in the room is quiet and effective.

Prefer hardwood floor instead of carpet floor

Bathroom smelled like urine. Furniture broken & banged up. Shower wasn¿t cleaned thoroughly.

Location & view were superb. The bed mattress & pillows felt brand new. Also new modern fixtures in the bathroom.

Not enough table space. Chairs were too small.

We liked the location of the property .It was walking distance for everything. The beds are very comfortable.

The rooms itself needs a lot of work. In our room the sink was leaking water all over the floor. They also have one person running the whole property. It was not worth the money we paid. Fresh fruit would be a good addition to breakfast.

Convenient to our venue .

The bed was very uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced.
