The only good thing about this hotel is that it provides breakfast.

The bed was too firm. The carpet was dirty. I would not walk around the room barefoot. The tub was stained. There was no hand soap. The small bottle of shampoo was already partly used. There was a hold in head board.

Nothing dirty hotel

Everything hotel was full of roaches, room was not clean. I checked at 3pm had to wait until 5pm because the room was not ready.

The smell and needs more towels in the restroom entrance door need to get fix had to go around just to get in

Customer service was great room was booked accordingly

For the price that I paid room was run down. It wasn’t clean it smelt like mold and cigarette

tub drain not working, tub filled with water when taking shower. used towel from previous guest left hanging. shower curtain dirty. stick brown substance on plug of hair dryer. carpet has smell of urin. no tissue paper...

It had a bed.

Noisy freeway noise, old, run down, dirty carpets, broken lock on the slider, trash outside, phone had no cable, bathroom door coming apart, toilet would not flush - notified the man on duty - nope its fine he said - best to take this one off your list!

Absolutely nothing.

Cockroaches in the room. The hotel smelled terrible throughout all the hallways. Bolt lock on door was broken off and tissue stuffed into the eye hole on door.

It was the most affordable location in the area.

The customer service was below standard. We received only 1 room key, did not sign any paperwork, the “breakfast” was just waffles and cereal, we never received the WiFi password, and there were broken things in the room.

Garbage everywhere, trash, broken screens in the neglected landscaping. Lock broken on room door.. wood subfloor visible in shower. Strange Grey scum in open shoer drain. Only 1 towel provided for 4 day stay

Dirty, pool and hot in were closed, there was a large hole in the ceiling of our bathroom, the fridge had mold in it, and there was grime on all the walls.

Our first room had a toilet that didn?t flush and air conditioner that didn?t work, 2nd room was dirty, 3rd room was better but had a roach

The light switches not wiped down in bathroom and sink room, looks like bodily fluids dried on surfaces. After staying at this hotel, my debit card information got swiped and used at other comfort inn/quality inn locations.

It was dirty and unsanitary to walk into room. Not enough towels for 2 days and 2 people . The air conditioning didn?t work , asked for a room no one answered the phone . Very disgusting .

My key didn?t work on the doors. Super dirty floors and room was dusty and coffee maker didn?t work

Not very clean, door handle was broken, no hot water the first night, smelt like cigarettes. Hotel was not clean.

The owner/manager would only give yes/no answers. Would not even tell me where my room was, everything was broken, very dirty. Outside trash had not been dumped in at least a week. There was five bags of trash outside the can

The staff was not helpful, barely anything worked, bed sheets were stained, laundry machines did not work, and one out of 3 was filled with what looked like black water and covered with cobwebs.
