It was clean and comfortable, and location was great. Landscaping was beautiful.

TV didn't work, took them two hours to try and fix, then they gave us another room..breakfast was terrible, milk was sour so you couldn't even have cereal.

Towels were dirty and thin, bathrooms door was broken and unsafe. Beds were unstable, not level, they were two mattresses on top of each other. Walls dirty. Mini fridge full of water and mold. Staff unfriendly and demanded cash or he will keep my card.

It smelled as soon as we walk in terrible, the vending machine was empty andhe person I was with that had also booked a room didn¿t have a room available for them and our check-in was 3 o¿clock. We got there at 4:30 and they didn¿t have my room ready.

Parking and near highway

Bathroom has a sliding pocket door. But when the door is fully closed, the door can be pushed out of the pocket and stuck, so it cannot be opened anymore. It should be fixed¿

Nice room for the price and the last minute reservation.

Breakfast was lacking in every area.

Clean restroom

A lot of noise outside . Old bed .dirty parking lot . Non smoking room smelled like smoking room . Will not stay here again . Old building .

Staff was rude¿room was dirty. I have never stayed at a hotel where they call to see what time we were arriving so they could lock the front doors. There was only one towel for our four day stay.

Everything was dirty from the lobby to the room. Carpet had stains and hard spots it. Couch had nasty unidentifiable stains. All hard surfaces were sticky. There was no hot water, and towels were so small and paper thin that you had to mostly drip dry

Good location across from soccer fields Great backyard with gazebo for dogs to play behind the rooms.

Almost everything in the room was either broken or not well cleaned. Mirror was cracked, spa had a granular film and hairs, carpet was not clean, fridge was warm, minimal thin towels were provided. Also $10/h for early check in. $30 per pet!!!!

There wasn¿t

#1- There were cockroaches in the room #2- broken door jams #3- moldy shower, sink wouldn¿t drain A very poor experience

What I like best about it was the jacuzzi.

For the most part the room was pretty clean and tell my son pulled out the sofa bed and there was crumbs inside so they didn't clean it properly and the mattress did not have a sheet. Other than that we had no issues or problems it was very relaxing.

It was dirty. It smelled horrible when I mentioned this to front desk she insisted on showing me three more rooms and they where all the same I told her I wanted my money back she said no there is no refund policy I called my credit card.

To much noise kids running in the hallways at 11 pm and dogs barking to much. I asked for a none smoking room but the room had a strong smoking smell .

Location was great close to downtown.

Hotel room was dirty and needs upgrades.

Spa tub

First room was filthy second room was better but not totally clean we found a cat toy under the sofa and a bag of marijuana under the cushion the bathroom sink leaked bad and flooded the bathroom yet no apology or discount for our inconvenience

Close to the job site and freeway

The room was not ready and we arrived at 7pm! No towels until the next day!!!

That I got double charge and still not able to figure out why I pay cash the day of check in because system was down and they told me not to worry about my credit card that they will be taking care of it. Next day $375 charge I call them they do not know

Staff was rude. Overcharged by $30 until disputed. Then said you cant use the couch bed unless you pay $$20. Dirty bathroom. Will not return.

Not clean, very run down, overpriced Room wasn't ready 6:30pm Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. Broken glass on floor in bathroom. Hole in the wall in the shower. Drug deals happening. people smoking in rooms. Worst hotel experience ever.
