Pleasant staff and very clean

It took too long to register they were having issues with the computers.

It was so clean and new! The breakfast was great as well.

The staff said that parking was bad, but I didn't have a problem.

Hot tub was rundown, had to get help from staff to get it to work. Plumbing issue in room and shower was hard to turn on.

We arrived for breakfast 15 minutes before breakfast was closing. We found most of the baked goods had been gone through with little left. There were biscuits but the gravy tray was scraped clean. 2% milk was completely empty and the coffee was cold.

Close to soccer field. Staff was very helpful in early check in.Staff was always informative and helpful and pleasant.

Refrigerateor located so low to the floor I have to kneel to get things in and out.

Great Location and Services but some staff member need to be more energetic, enthusiasm and need to treat costumer with courtesy on arrival and smile other then that the breakfast staff and the cleaning staff was so generous and very knowledgeable

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly.

Parking is way too expensive and the elevators werevconfusing till you realized there were two sets that had nothing to so with one another.

Staff was really friendly and the continental breakfast offered a lot of options. I like that they provided towels for your use at the pool.

We got a room that shared only one wall and I didn¿t like the small window in my room, and because of this my room felt dark. I like lots of natural light.

 the manager is a liar and a thief. He has charged me a pet fee for my service animal of 200 and accused us of taking linen off the cart in the hallway . Check your cameras you lying jerk! He's pathetic.

The manager is a liar and a thief. He charged me after I checked out for a pet fee for my service animal.He also lied about us stealing linen and charged us.We are in the process with a lawsuit.This is NOT ok. And he will NOT get away with it.

It was my first stay, and there’s a pandemic, so I can’t  really Comment on the breakfast, it wasn’t being served.  Nor the pool because that too was closed. The staff, was greatto room was very clean, I will visit again. Thanyouoooy

The view from my room was not a pleasant one it was full of dry weeds Which made me a little uncomfortable because it’s fire season.

Staff member working the front desk the two evenings we were there was really outstanding.

Breakfast on Friday was below average. Tasteless premade "omelets" and lukewarm sausage. Previous day the breakfast was good though.

You could hear the neighbors talking all night. Room was way over priced at $--/night. There are cheaper hotels at 4-stars if you drive a little further north.
