The staff were always available to answer questions. The breakfast was really good with lots of variety.
The people above us were so noisy. Kids stomping around and when they left their room, they talked really loud. That's not against the hotel. It's inconsiderate people.

The area for breakfast is tiny and we could barely get in to grab our light breakfast and walk back to our room.
It was easy to get to. Convenient location to Monterey Downtown, etc.
The lack of Air Conditioning was the only thing that I was a little disappointed with, other than that it was a nice place for our family to stay near all of the Monterey attractions.

Hotel was in beautiful setting.
this hotel had no air conditioning and while there temperature was very warm .Hote when entering room was like an oven and hotel offered a box fan to remedy the problem.It was uncomfortable to sleep and glad we only stayed one night.
The hot breakfast was great! Spacious, clean room. Near to the places we wanted to go. Our whole family wished we were staying longer!
When I tried to shower in the morning the water pressure dropped to a trickle but was normal for a bath and normal the night before for my family.
It had big comfortable rooms. We liked the breakfast. It was a good deal for what we paid.
It was a little far from Cannery Row area, but it also did not take too long to get there.
It was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and a surprise; I didn¿t think it was included. This is not a fancy place and $--- for the night. But it was nice and I would stay there again.

THEY CHARGE TO CLEAN YOUR ROOM..We stayed from Monday to Friday and asked them to clean the rooms on Wednesday and charged us for all the rooms we had booked without even telling us
