This motel is within walking distance of Cannery row. Even the staff laughed! And said oh no! It certainly is not for any age. We also had a family above us with kids running, jumping and stomping for hours!

The location was okay, quiet, but that's about it. The pool and jacuzzi smelled like wet dog, and they didn't have any towels left in the pool area. The room smelled like mold, and the bed was like sleeping on a park bench. made noise every time I turned

Where do I begin? The room looked clean, but you know the saying, "Looks can be deceiving." The room also smelled like mold, Bathroom didn't shower didn't drain properly. The floors were dirty hardwood floors. Maybe they don't mop the floors.

The hotel was extremely dirty. The shower water goes all over the bathroom. I went to clean the water up with white towels, they turned black. they never cleaned the floor. There was ants in the room. & a small needle on a towel that my kid stepped on

I notice who parents not read rule hot spa need age 14 age not five year old in spa why I saw many children there for no reason

The room for our 3 kids was amazing. Didn't spend a lot of time there as we had things to see and do in Monterey, but it was nice for sleeping

The room had alott of space. Room Was clean. Bed was comfy. They offered great amenties. Small fridge and microwave in room.

Friendly staff. Got our deposit back fast. We did make sure we left the place clean.

Tight parking. Gets full by midnight.

The staff was awful. It seemed like the front desk person was reading a script with tons of stipulations about the hotel & charges. They charged a $200 deposit & refund it once they know the room is undamaged! I don¿t think she made eye contact at all.

The indoor pool was really great for the kids and family after a long day of exploring the area.

A little bit of a bummer you couldn't get coffee from the office (with actual cream) until after 8:00 am. 6-7 am is more normal. Yes there's a coffee maker in the room, but the typical dry creamer is never enough and just blah. First World problem I know

Clean, tidy motel in a great location.

The pool area was great, the towel availability was not. The hotel was retro looking and close to the things we were visiting while in the area.

Parking was a struggle, and the plumbing could use a snake or two.

Convenient location

The room was very bright. There was a skylight and the shutters didn¿t close completely. Our room was right next to an overhead light in the hallway that shone into our room during the night.

We requested and got quiet room big plus!! Swimming pool was nice as we got a swim / exercise workout

Shower curtain bar was loose allowing curtain to slide away from wall. I taped it to wall so water would not go on floor. Air conditioning came on but didn¿t blow cold air.

Office worked with us to get a ground level room, for my wife¿s problem climbing stairs.

AC was either too hot or too cold - could not adjust to achieve constant temperature.

The room was great. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a little bit of floor space to move around.

The open bottles of hand soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner were terrible. The quality of the product was well below average, and I disliked not having new soap. Also, the parking lot is very difficult to navigate, and has small, narrow parking place

Convenience to Monterey Bay historical district; clean indoor pool/spa; had ¿family¿ room with 3-queen beds, great for family.

Bathroom fan was very noisy - woke everyone up when going to the bathroom at night.

Very clean and kept up. Newly painted inside and out. Grounds and property were immaculately taken care of. Had everything we needed. Offered coffee and hot chocolate to guests. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay there again.

I was worried about enough parking, but it was not a problem.

Loves the room had the beds in separate rooms. The kids loved there was a balcony an could leave the sliding door open for fresh air. Staff was very friendly and location was perfect to everything.
