That we didn't see any insects in our room. It was filthy!

Noisy, filthy. Didn't match the photos for "the room" we selected.

Yes the staff was horrible rude and we weren’t able to check in until 1 hour after stated in the reservation because they did not have rooms cleaned yet . The room was not up to clean standards and the ad mentioned there was a pool and there wasn’t .

The price

Room reeked of smoke and so did I and all of my belongings when I checked out. There was white construction dust coating the whole room that also stuck to all of my belongings and caused difficulty breathing when in the room.

Room was filthy. From floor to walls to bedding, towels had dark stains on them. Everything was filthy. Nothing seemed to be cleaned.

Rude, discourteous, front desk personnel at check-in. Rude, discourteous personnel banging on the door at 10AM trying to kick me out. Disgusting.

First I was attacked by bed bugs nightmare trying to exterminate all my luggage. Owners did not care little English spoken stay as far away as possible

The hotel was in disrepair and needed updating.The buildings & rooms need painting, and decor.The staff was very rude and acted like they didn't care.They did not offer breakfast or have a pool as advertised. Gust have to do business via the night window.

I liked nothing, even I was planning to look for some other hotels for that night stay

1.Room was repainted hence the moment we entered we felt like we are entering a paint booth.2. Shower was not working, hence we were not able to take shower 3. Micro oven and the fridge were in pathetic shape, we were not able to warm our food.

This place is a nightmare! Rude staff, terrible internet, no hot water, no locker at the door, felt unsafe

Big room, close by to everything.

Really uncomfortable and hard bed didn¿t sleep well and only a bed sheet, no mattress protector which I thought was quite gross. Sink also leaked.

Staff nice and cleaning staff, especially¿ Clean and comfortable and convenient location. BEST Chinese restaurant 1/2 block away!

Only one chair, but 2 of us. Some repair work necessary - screen barely in its track about to fall off, Only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel provided per day.

Rooms are gross. door handle was busted, Bed sank like a taco, wallpaper falling off wall. Gross. My family and I arrived and immediately looked for another hotel. And Im not picky.

Location was convenient, ample parking

No breakfast, unlike the advertisement. The AC unit smelled vile so I did not use it. No screen on the window, So I had insects flying in the room all night. Very pricey for a shitbox motel.

Filthy and rundown. I would never have stayed here, except that there was limited availability during the days I needed to be in town (due the ¿car week¿ event) and I needed to be there because my father had been admitted to the local hospital.

Filthy, torn furniture, run down room. Filed a complaint with Choice hotels.
