Best Western Park Crest Inn

It is close to many activities and not too far away from Carmel. Close to grocery stores and shopping.

Location and drive up to door with nice window view.

The receptionist (Sterling) was extremely rude and demeaning, I wanted to cancel my two rooms but was stuck with the registration and could not cancel.

The motel is in dire need of updating. When I checked in, the room that I booked was no longer available. I was "upgraded" to a room with two king beds. The noise from upstairs, people going up stairs or just talking outside was like they were in my room.

The view from the suites is pretty nice. The hotel is well-managed. Though it is not new it is well-kept, clean, and feels safe. Breakfast was plentiful, if standard. Our suite had a space heater ready in the area of the pullout, which felt thoughtful.

Repaving parking lot during our stay made parking and pool going an issue. Large gap under door let light and noise in.

The continental breakfast wish there was a notice saying due to Covid it was going to be bagged breakfast we were looking forward to making our own waffles

pool was heated . staff was great. breakfast bag was plentiful.

The hotel was mostly clean and presentable.

The bed was a spring-bed that was not comfortable for my wife and I at all. Sadly, we hardly slept at all and had a rough next day.

The staff was very friendly and kid friendly. Any issues we had they were quick to help.

The only thing I didn¿t like was the water pressure in the shower. I have long thick hair and I could not rinse it out I had to turn of the shower and just run the tub water to rinse my hair. Other thing was spa was closed which was why I booked the room

The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped for our short visit.

Could hear every step when upstairs visitors were walking.

Room was clean and staff were nice

Banging on walls late in evening. Person staying next to us has people coming and going at midnight and 6 am. It was loud. Walls are thin.

Wood floor, easy to clean. reasonable priced, comfortable bed.

The floor is dirty. They didn't mop the floor after the guest leave.

Excellent staff. Great price.

A little noisy from street and parking lot

Very small room and the mattress must have been original from when hotel was built in the 80s. One of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever had at a hotel. Not up to best western standard.

The only benefit was a decent location.

It was dirty with soiled sheets. The a/c and heater did not work, the was only a manager on site at around midnight. Very dirty hotel.

Staff was real nice amd helpful and rooms were nice size and location was great

Lost of electricity often . No air conditioning or tv .

All the staff: front desk, cleaning crew and landscaper were all polite and took care of the property. We were pleased and would stay again.

The staff was very accommodating! The receptionist was very nice and had great customer service.

My first room was crawling with gnats/fruit flies. They were everywhere. It got so bad that we asked the front desk for them to spray. She quickly accommodated us with another room. New room didn’t have hot running water! Cold showers for our stay there
