Hotel employee on front desk help my family alot with big room upgrade.! Hot pool was great also.

Not many option on food menu.

The staff, location, cleanliness, and the ease of getting our car in and out of valet.

It was expensive, but you get what you pay for.

The price was outrageous, there are better options tha we will explore. We had to wait for the room to be prepared.

Location was great close to everything

The parking situation was a little tricky. It's 45 for valet + tips or you can park in one of the garages around which read the fine print some places are pricey. Or you can empty your vehicle and pay 14 a day for lot 21

Location, location, location - right on the water. And every staff member was top-notch!!

The balcony room w/courtyard view was actually a view of a lot of other rooms. The balcony wasn’t actually usable for this reason.

Keys to room did not work. $42 per day to park car!!! Calling for car must be done 15 minutes in advance, and even then you wait another 15 minutes at the curb!Room was 500 yards away from hotel entrance. 2 elevators needed to get to room.

Very rude staff. Terrible and over priced Thanksgiving buffet. The eclairs were spoiled and had a fishy smell, the food was all cold and tasted like it was prepared a week ago. $780 for 4 people for food that wasn?t edible!The absolute worst Thanksgiving!

Location and condition of the hotel is always amazing.

1. Food at the Costal Kitchen was poor, soggy fish and chips, and a long wait for no reason for a table 2. Rude staff at the spa, decided not not book anything 3. they let us put our car in their valet parking with a way to get our car out Sunday morni

The hotel and room were very nice, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Front desk, valet and everyone was very nice and responsive. Great location.

The walls seem to be very thin so if a neighbor is loud, they are very audible. Be sure to call front desk if that happens.

Furniture a bit dated

The staff was very helpful all the time. The restaurant attention and food was very good. The hotel has a beautiful scenery to relax and rest. The bed was very comfortable. Good attention.

Gorgeous Room with a fabulous view of the harbor. The linens were luxurious and we loved the little balcony.

We stayed in the King Room with a Harbor View and it was so nice to see the pier and birds flying overhead. The sound of the waves was wonderful. We even saw otters outside our window. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Clean, good location, quiet, great amenities.

TV didn't work very well. Remote was very touchy didn't always work. Never could get the Streaming to work for the TV

well after paying what i thought was a full price for a double queen room, i was unable to negotiate a better rate for a second night, so i left.

We loved the location and elegance. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is a definite hotel we plan on visiting again!
