We tried to check in early & the hotel was accommodating. We had two rooms & requested connecting rooms

The staff was excellent. The woman behind the desk was amazing. Offered my granddaughter a small stuffed animal which was perfect as she was a crying , tired baby. Bartender was efficient and knowledgeable about the wine selection. Overall a fabulous

Very bad services they provided. The toilet backed up. The quality of the soaps and cleaning was very bad.

Not as close to the beach as I thought. Valet $30, otherwise you have to find parking in busy area

The finish of the room was really good. And the hotel/rooms were very clean.

We were told in the booking that wifi will be provided, but there was no free wifi in this hotel. We had to pay if we wanted wifi. And the network in the area was not good, so we had issues related to this.

Staff were excellent. Room was clean and updated. Location is excellent. Just 1-2 blocks away from the wharf.

Only parking option was valet. Self-parking is at another location several blocks away. Room was on the small side but very clean and updated.

I loved the remodeled hotel and friendly staff.

We ordered city view but got the view of the pool and spa.

It was such a great pleasure to find a secure heated pool that our family could enjoy together. The staff was kind and worked hard keeping things clean.

Definitely the staff. They were all so nice and helpful. Hotel was clean and inspite of Covid 19, you didn't get the feeling like you were missing out on a lot of stuff.

way overcharging for parking and the pool didn't open till noon which is checkout time. Kinda of a rip off for what you pay to stay.

The room itself was very small and basic. The lighting in the sink and mirror area was awful because of how dim it was which made it difficult for me to properly do my makeup and get ready, and the little light up plug in mirror on the counter was broken.

check in process. we had a gift certificate and informed the clerk.. when we tried to check out we were told that stay was on a credit card used to secure the reservation and could not be used to pay for the room.

Cleanliness, service was excellent

Parking! Told I had to park 2 blocks away and pay $7.00 with no in/out privileges or pay $25.00 for valet parking. This is ridiculous and will not stay here again for that reason.

Location was right by a stop on the free trolley line that connects all the tourist attractions on Monterey.

Lots of construction right now and no parking on-site.

They didn't have free wifi in the rooms considering the rates and self parking was not convenient which leads you to pay high valet rates.
