Hilton Garden Inn Monterey

One of the very kind front desk supervisors, walked me to my room, after a long night. I couldn't be more appreciative to her. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, I did see her name tag but I cannot remember her name.

Customer service! Don't know why this a 3 star hotel when it is beautiful, clean, centrally located, excellent customer service with attention to detail, beautiful grounds and very safe!

Large room, comfortable bed, fridge and microwave were nice to have for the week long stay.

Location was not walkable.

The breakfast! Although was not included. Which would have been a wonderful perk, amd a bit overpriced, it was hot, fresh, and tastes great!

Our server was a little rushed, didn?t feel like they were prepared to have someone sit and enjoy their breakfast.

Difficult to get a hold of anyone on the phone. The power went out in the morning and did not come back on, we did not get an apology or anything.

Easy to find, super easy parking, although they did charge for it, very clean room and bathroom.

We had to complain to the Manager at 12:30am, 1:15am and 2:30am as someone was fighting upstairs. They sent Security but to no avail so We got like hardly any sleep our second night.?.. Awful experience.

The clerk at the front desk told us to park way in the back and we had to walk on the street to get to our room. When walking to the restaurant for dinner we discovered we could park in the parking lot in front of the building. We moved our car.

It was clean but very dated. Room really need to be remodeled.

The security was very rude. We were sitting in the hot tub, being very quiet, and he came over and shut the bubbles off and informed us the pool was closing. Did he really have to shut off the bubbles?? He couldn?t have just told us? Very rude.

The hotel manager and staff is rude they give me a farthest part of the building. They are not nice people they talk to me like I?m stupid. They are so unprofessional knowing the fact I?m disabled.

the poor design makes the hallways freezing as they are virtually open to the outside.

Clean room. Kids loved having the pool and hot tub. The outdoor pool was heated enough that it felt warm even in January.

Room was dark as it only had some bedside lights and a desk lamp. More lighting/lamps should really be added in the room.

I liked the easy to find location, size of room, and balcony to enjoy morning tea

the small fridge made a lot of noise it woke me up 3 times. My partner feel decor could be better, as well as the close placement of the commode to the door.

Room is spacious and very clean. Easy access highway. Bathroom lights turns on automatically at night. It was wonderful

Beds were super cozy!! Nice location to everything in Monterey!

The entrance to rooms was not very secure. You could enter the room area without keys, so anyone from outside can come in.
