Villa Franca Inn

Clean, well managed, great location. And affordable compared to everything else.

VERY clean. A great value... price, location, Concours weekend price was reasonable in comparison. Free parking. Free internet. Easy check-in. Nothing to complain about.

Worked well for my needs. Definitely recommend.

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Would stay again and reccomend.

It is located on a busy corner so there is some traffic noise but not overbearing.

Location and cleanliness.

WiFi was not working at all.

Location was good but the room was very below average.

We booked a queen bed and we ended up with a full bed.

The person at the front desk recognized that we needed a ground floor room right away that was very nice and very observant of them

The bed was the worst thing I have ever slept on it needs to be replaced it is completely worn out I develop back problems so bad from this mattress had to see my chiropractor three times this week This place is so very highly rated! Why?

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us several excellent suggestions for places to eat at and visit in the area. Hotel was conveniently located near the downtown area, with all the places we wanted to visit in easy walking distance.

The room and furnishings were a little worn, but it was purely cosmetic and nothing that affected the comfort of our stay.

small property with big room and good location

Lousy bed mattress!

Owned by the family; personal service; comfortable room and bright colorful geraniums outside!

No breakfast

This hotel was surprisingly nice. For the price and the star level I was expecting a crappy little motel, but instead found a clean comfortable inn. The staff was friendly and even gave us baked goods when we checked in.

No real complaints. I just wish the towels were a little bigger.

Super quaint, really nice staff, and walking distance to the Main street and wharfs.

Location.

Door knob on bathroom door was not correctly tight. Shower head was leaking.

Clean, great location, very friendly staff, thank you for the blueberry muffin😀

Everything was wonderful!

Homemade cookies at check in, quaint style

It's on a hill beside a busy road so some noise as motorbikes and trucks accelerate up the hill but this was not evident later in the night

Friendly staff, comfortable, roomy and CLEAN!

Had to keep window closed if we didn't want to Henares road noise. The place for people to smoke was right outside our room but luckily no one was smoking.

The location and price were great. The two staff members I met were very friendly and helpful.

There is no AC. The room was a bit dated. We just wanted a short get away and this fit the bill.

Staff was friendly which is always a huge plus. The room was clean and we had a nice little patio next to our room. Location was close to everything worth doing/seeing. The beds were comfy, and the room kept the noise out a lot better than most 🤗

I didn't care much for the breakfast muffins, but I love that they make a breakfast every morning, and I found things to eat. I will be coming back next time I visit for sure!

You get exactly what you pay for. Nice clean room with very friendly staff.

Only complaint is the toilet paper was so thin it was practically useless. I bought some Charmin at Walgreens down the street.

The Staff was great. Room was clean and served it's purpose.

Noise from traffic.

Beds really comfortable, room clean.
