There was old candy under bed The tv did not work the manager came in and was adjusting the brightness and sharpness on the picture but CLEARLY that was never going to work because it seems as if the television fell and the picture is no longer good!

Advertised as Deluxe room for 4 adults. Beds tiny, impossible for 2 adults to share a bed. Cancelled 2nd night immediately but did not receive 50% refund, charged exhorbiant cancellation fees, room supposed to be $---, charged $--- Scam, photos decei

The location was nice and easy to get to.

The hotel had way too many handicap spots, taking over pretty much the whole parking area. There was no coffee in the room like other hotels usually have. The sink also hardly turned on, like it was clogged.

The location was perfect and the price was great.

The room was very small compared to the other Motel 6 location. The room I booked stated 2 Queen beds, but they were full beds.

The rate I gave is based on the price I have to pay in this location (compared to the hotels around "Monterey"). The front desk people were accommodating and made sure we could get an annex room so we could rest and get ready.

The cleaning ladies were not courteous. My baby and I were taking a nap and suddenly I was awakened by a loud knock. They saw that I was not with myself yet and just woke up but they did not apologize for waking me up.

Absolutely disgusting room, did not want to be there had no options at that time. Mold in the shower, furniture was broken, beds were worn out. Towels were worn out and had black marks in them. Worst room I¿ve ever stayed in! Way way over priced. Terribl

The staff was rude. Our room wasn't ready when we got there at 3:30 p.m. The room wasn't worth the price we paid for it. I will never go to this hotel again. I've stayed at other hotels in Monterey in the past , this was the worst experience I've had.

The woman at the front desk was very very nice to me when checking in and she was also very nice when I decided that this was not what I expected and checked out early and she refunded me last night. They take dogs. And I had a small puppy with me.

The neighborhood had several drug addict homeless people around. There was an old mattress on the front lawn. Our non-smoking room had cigarette butt holes in the covers of the bed. The "white' towels were rough and gray. I didn't feel safe.

This is a 5*, 2* motel. I¿ve stayed at this Motel 6 for several nights. I stayed at another location about 5 years ago. That¿s when I realized how wonderful this property is for everyone to use. I¿ll stay at M6 motels whenever I need to, if there is one.

I like absolutely everything, except there is some west & year with the bedspreads in each room I¿ve had here in Monterey. I little tears or holes. Nothing big. I want to positively mention that Staff have been outstanding each time! 5*

You shouldn¿t request our debit card information if we can book rooms for people. My mother arrived to check in and was told I would have to be there to use my debit Or credit card which makes absolutely no sense at all.

It¿s a Motel 6 so expectation can¿t be that high. Bed had crumbs on it. Air conditioning unit had graffiti and looked like it was from the 1950¿s. Motel looked like it housed homeless people. There were people hanging out in cars in the parking lot.

way overpriced for such a terrible hotel. didn't expect much from a motel 6 but it was worse than expected. dirty ugly and thin walls. can hear everything from the next rooms or outside. a/c didn't work and looked like someone drop kicked it. not worth it

Location. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

The room was very small. The bed was not comfortable. The pillows were thin and resembled wafers. There were only 2 electrical outlets, one of which was for the television. Near airport and was loud when planes would be landing.
