Motel 6-Monterey, CA

Pros +

• The location was nice and easy to get to.
• The location was perfect and the price was great.
• The rate I gave is based on the price I have to pay in this location (compared to the hotels around "Monterey"). The front desk people were accommodating and made sure we could get an annex room so we could rest and get ready.

Cons -

• There was old candy under bed The tv did not work the manager came in and was adjusting the brightness and sharpness on the picture but CLEARLY that was never going to work because it seems as if the television fell and the picture is no longer good!
• Advertised as Deluxe room for 4 adults. Beds tiny, impossible for 2 adults to share a bed. Cancelled 2nd night immediately but did not receive 50% refund, charged exhorbiant cancellation fees, room supposed to be $---, charged $--- Scam, photos decei
• The hotel had way too many handicap spots, taking over pretty much the whole parking area. There was no coffee in the room like other hotels usually have. The sink also hardly turned on, like it was clogged.
