Inn on the Russian River

Really great location if you want to get away from it all. Not far from restaurants in Guerneville, nice fire pit out back by the river , room was clean, attentive staff. Well stay here again

Not really anything we didn¿t like

Staff was so friendly and helpful with recommendations and informing us of another event happening in the area. The beds were so great and the river view and outdoor area was charming.

The shower was more motel quality. Terrible shower head and water pressure. Also, we assumed the 2 bedrooms would have some common place to sit inside but did not.

Very charming Inn! The rooms look out to the Russian River, super nice to sit out on the balcony every morning while drinking coffee. - conveniently located across the street from a general store - two doors down for a pizza place - comfortable room

Bathroom was a bit snug but nothing you can do about that. Btw, recommend bringing and extra blanket just in case ¿¿

The owner is so friendly. And the place is right on the river. I recommend getting a room with a river view. So beautiful. And perfect for kayaking. I can't wait to go back.

Beautiful location by the river. Close to nice attractions like the beaches, redwoods, and vineyards.

Better attention to detail would have been nice - we requested a room for three and there were inly two towels on check in. The heater was off and the rooms were ice cold on check in and the one heater in the living room took a long time to heat up the bedroom.

Facility was very clean and cared for. There's so much love put into this place, from the cotton candy and popcorn machines in common areas to little vases with fresh flowers in the room, this inn feels like someone's much loved house that we had the honor of being invited to.

Sarah at Reception was exceptional. She welcomed us warmly, and I called her before we arrived to confirm the location. She gave us a tour of the beautiful property and made popcorn for us. I wish we could have stayed longer. Sarah also checked in on us twice to be sure we had everything we needed.

A 10 minute drive to town. Would have preferred to be walkable into town. But the property is so lovely, it's a great place to really relax and unwind. Directly on the river.

The setting is gorgeous. I was having trouble with my key and the manager was there very quickly to help me.

Beautiful spot on the Russian River with lovely view from outside patio deck and well supplied kitchen. Staff was wonderful. Loved the holiday lights and decor. We enjoyed our stay.

Bathroom and shower were pretty small.

the beautiful river with lots of places to socialize, lots of room like a big park, beautiful plants and views of the Russian River. I like the cottages, mine had a kitchen, very nice and compact with sink and convection oven, plus all the other stuff. Theres also a separate livingroom with the TV on the wall, plus separate bedroom. Very nicely updated !!!

The busy highway, was a little loud and the heating system took a while to heat up. It did get warm though.

Staff was very friendly. Kitchen was complete. View of the river was so nice. The magical willow tree sparkled at night. The patio is set up for comfort. Big BBQ, lanterns, tables, comfy chairs, dock to the river, chairs for your easy relaxation or an evening glass of wine. Very quiet at night as all road traffic stops. Golf course is lovely and close by. No problem finding restaurants even in shoulder season. Casual resort area with huge Redwood trees. This is an older and very well kept inn.

We are tall older folks and the very low toilets were challenging.

Cassidy stayed on the office until we got there. Super friendly and accommodating.

A bit pricey for off season

Beautiful garden with river access and ample seating. The room was cozy and had many amenities.

Some rooms are right up against the main road

The new owner is lovely and I wish her the best of luck with her new endevor. The fireplace is beautiful as are the grounds. Local Coffee and bagels in the morning are a nice addition. They have put in stairs and cleared a path to the river for easier access.

Not that it can be controlled, but the noise from the road is a problem with the rooms up front.

There was not breakfast during the week. The new innkeeper was very accommodating. Upgraded our room to river view. There was alot of working on property going on during the day. The innkeeper had just bought the property and was doing alot of upgrades.

We planned on breakfast every morning. It was only on the weekends.

The location was excellent and super close to Monte Rio Beach, where we spent the whole day relaxing and paddle boarding. The Inn is pet friendly and the breakfast was fabulous!

I did not like that we were assigned the closest room to the road. It was noisy in the morning and at night, so we had to wear ear plugs. I was concerned for my dog's reaction, from the traffic noise, every time I opened the front door.

It was a great location, close to our goal of seeing Fort Ross. The woman who ran the place was very pleasant and helpful.

The space was a bit tight for 3, but it was very workable.

Everything was incredible, the grounds were absolutely beautiful. The most tranquil place I have ever stayed, I loved every second of it. I cannot wait to come back! Our dog was warmly welcomed too. The end was the most comfortable we’ve ever laid in and the kitchenette was perfect! The entire space was well thought out and I would recommend this place to everyone I know.
