- Great
- The space was very well-maintained and comfortable. The breakfast was beyond expectations and the staff were super helpful and welcoming. The pool was great.
- Location was great! Very clean and the ladies in housekeeping were extremely friendly! The lady that tends to breakfast was also so sweet! Other than the noise at night, everything was great! We will be staying again, I just hope there’s no field trip going on the next time around.
Cons -
- There was a little bit of a mix up with the hotel attempting to charge my card after I had already paid the full amount online but it was fixed.
- Other guests were so loud and the walls are very thin. It sounded like a marching band upstairs and the teens were hanging out in the hallway at midnight. If this trip was for leisure, it would have been ok, but we were there for work and had to be up at 4:30AM everyday. I will say, we did call in a complaint the 3rd night for the noise and it did settle down a bit after that. Not the properties fault, just wish they would have given us a room away from the field trip goers.
