The location.
I canceled my reservation after my experience in a similar rated hotel earlier in my trip
The location.

Cons -

The floors were not clean. We were very close to a train which came by all night.
I did not enjoy the quality of the room. The bathroom was very rundown. The paint was peeling, the shower was poorly constructed and maintained. The next room over was smoking cigarettes and barbecuing right outside the door.
Not super comfortable. No way to request no service while out. Keys stopped working and employee told me I was doing it wrong, until my third trip back, when he finally recoded the cards.
