- The size and location
- Room was clean and very comfortable. Close to restaurants. Modesto was a nice town. Breakfast was tolerable.
- Spacious room. Very nice staff.
Cons -
- The pillows
- We brought our own movies to play on the TV. However, they had the TV set up in such a way that we could not do so. We had to watch an old movie on Pluto, complete with commercials. We couldn't take it, so turned it off after a few minutes.
- Wish the price was lower.

Clean and spacious! The room felt fresh and new. The breakfast was excellent for this type of accommodation with many options.
