- Clean, staff was excellent, location was good, breakfast was good.
- The hotel room was clean, check in was easy. Cafe / pub breakfast was delightful. Music at the pub was perfect. Courtyard was well kept.
- The quality of the hotel meets the expectations. WE stay here as often as we can when visiting the area. It is our favorite place in Lake Forest. Breakfast is always a real benefit.
Cons -
- A bit dated so it could use a refresh, no usb ports for charging which could be easily remedied by changing a single lamp.
- AC unit did not work. It seems like pre-paid costumers get the less quality rooms.
