Pros +
- Property is clean, very well lit and courtyard is pretty. The setup at the bistro was nice and convenient. Great proximity to the Great Mall.
- The staff at front desk was amazing .
- It will be nice to have coffee cup instead of disposable cups in the room. All stuff are nice and polite.
Cons -
- Rooms don’t have microwaves so guests must go to lobby and use common microwaves
- I upgraded my room so that it would include breakfast. But every morning I had an issue when at the breakfast counter. It never showed that our breakfast was included. I then had to go to front desk and wait at least 10 minutes to get it straight. The select for breakfast was very limited. Food was horrible for what waited for. The only reason I upgraded was for the breakfast. It was not very filling. And the staff that made me and my husband's food didn't even wear gloves. Very unsanitary. Did not even wash their has before starting. They had to make my husband a bagel twice cause they were hard as a brick. My breakfast sandwich bread was hard as well. Not a enjoyable way to start my way.
- We paid the extra for breakfast & they ran out of most options by 9:00am. I would personally skip the breakfast next time. We were then charged extra for breakfast & didn't recieve what we ordered. Waiting to hear a solution for this. There is some type of train station near by and it runs all day/night, it was pretty loud.

I upgraded my room so that it would include breakfast. But every morning I had an issue when at the breakfast counter. It never showed that our breakfast was included. Rooms and bathrooms appeared clean but very small. Staff at check in was pleasant. Balconies are a nice addition. Parking was easy.
