- We had an unfortunate experience with the fridge decided not to work during the night spoiling everything. The Manager and maintenance took care of things immediately. My appreciation is beyond words because of medical diet

- close to shops; major highways, and silicon valley, apt style units with separate entrances, parking in front of rooms

- undesirables + drug dealers roaming the property, guest smoking outside rooms despite no smoking signs; no security, staff never at the front desk, this location for locals to party; families n business travelers beware; noisy guests
- hotel poorly trained, drugs,& drug dealing; too much smoking despite no smoking signs; long term renters are a nuisance; need better security; very racist staff; - the room i got smelled of dead animals + pot not recommended for business travelers -
- poorly trained staff; lazy staff; smoking near the rooms; guest + visitors roaming the property on drugs, screaming + yelling, no kitchenware available, front staff not helpful, breakfast consisted of pastries+ coffee/tea; people cruising on property
