- The bed is awful. Saggy and uncomfortable, I actually decided to go home that night. Didn¿t even sleep there. And the dust ruffle is very old and dated.
- We had a two day stay. VERY UNHAPPY - ZERO housekeeping service during our stay - no cleaning, no beds made, no new towels - nothing. Feel like we should have gotten a discount. They sure saved money. Also didn¿t expect hotel to be up against Highway 101

Perfect experience: They treated us to a little welcome with Belgian Chocolates and a little bottle of wine to complement it. They knew it was our anniversary so they upgraded us free to a suite. The front desk staff is very attentive and kind.

Our room was located on 3rd floor, very end unit and very noisy with highway 101 traffic. Not too bad during the day...but starting about 5am, did not have a good sleep.

The staff at the Acqua Hotel were the best. They made our stay wonderful and attended every need. The location and accommodations were the best and made for a great vacation. We will keep coming back to the Acqua Hotel!
