They failed to provide a free breakfast, even though it was advertised.

Very unsatisfied. Door to hotel room had a 1 inch gap from the floor, I was unable to schedule a wake up call because no one from the hotel staff knew how to call my room directly, and people were screaming in the parking lot at all hours of the night.

I became homeless as of October 31st 2024 by force not by choice but it?s in the city I?ve lived in my entire life.

All 3 workers Akhil Nithen & Subash smoked. I smoke with a pipe. So without ever verifying by sight what I was smoking. All 3 onsite workers plus the owner Patrick told me it didn?t look good. I wasn?t smoking in the room. So what rules did I break?!

Problems checking in, lack of communication with staff No one told us pool hours or breakfast hours or where the ice machine was Bathroom light didn't work the entire time even though we told them. Day 2 we asked for extra towels(we had 2 the entire

Some sheets where dirty and water pressure was low some rooms where dirty, even the mini fridge found food and food went bad.

Nothing!

I hated everything! The woman over dosing two doors down from me and my small children the thin walls the drug addicts and drunks the tweakers up all night the smoke smell in room I HATED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS POS HOLE

I needed a room for the weekend it was available

The happy upbeat mood of the staff...and the waffles and free breakfast options. So much more than expected. Other guests were in a good mood too. It was a fun visit.

Can't think of a mugging

Clean, nice room, everything worked such as tv, shower, etc.

The sound of the refrigerator all night.

The place is a dump!!! Reserved a king bed and they stuck me with 2 kid beds. No TV, no toiletries

Very dirty, floor nasty, weed smell outside. Omg very disappointing. I wish to have my money back also so very different from the pics.

Continental breakfast is with out water,hot water & ice machine.

Nothing. It was filthy. Had to change rooms due to heat not working. Then they woke me up at 3:00 am and told me I wasn¿t registered

The room was filthy the staff was rude there are little children unsupervised hanging out in the parking lot be careful I almost hit a little girl she was right behind my car on a scooter their must be families living in the hotel

The one staff member on duty was very willing to help? She was friendly and welcoming.

No tissues. No batteries in remote. Hard to get extra towels as they were running low. No ice, broken machine.

Late getting room was not cleaned extra half HR untill ready. Sign in office no pets no exceptions.next door to my room had a dog.most people that stayed there lived there.front curtains in room do not close anyone can see in your room,and bed is 2 ft fro

They are courteous and help out if they can.

I don¿t have any complaints. I stay at this hotel every time I come into town. Location is perfect for me and the price is right. The staff is very accommodating and very polite.

We had two rooms, one was ok, the other one was not. There was not enough toilet paper in one room, When asked for more, they did not bring it up to the room, we had to go down to get it. The other room I know did not have enough towels.
