Friendly and responsive front desk / owners couple. Small well maintained property. Excellent value for the price and location

Walking barefoot on the carpet my feet were filthy, wore shoes the rest of my stay

EVERYTHING......Door latch was broken off, Toilet backed up and wouldn't flush, Bed was like laying on springs or a board, no extra blankets, lighting terrible seems like 2 watt lights and dark, rooms was extra small compared to the pictures and no clock

It was a good place for the short stay I had, not to many issues

The few things I didn¿t like , Parking area was real tight and small,, Going out the drive way area tot he streets was a lil concerning unable to see traffic or people walking or riding bikes when you pull out, and rooms needed more detail cleanin

The location and parking

The owner was very inappropriate & made me very uncomfortable. I paid for 2 days. The first morning he pounded on my door screaming like the place was on fire demanding I leave instead of checking his own books. House keeping also damaged my belongings

Not much. Pictures in the website are misleading..

Rusty towel racks. Grout missing at sink and counter. Mold on the ceilings and walls in bathroom. This property is extremely run down and in need of repairs. Woman y the desk in the morning was rude at best.

It is an old motel but the room was very clean , the bed was very comfortable. The staff (owners ?) we¿re so friendly. Location is good with plenty of food options nearby.

When you exit the driveway you cannot see the people coming on the sidewalk. There are mirrors to help with this but I think a sign would really help.

That it's a cheap Uber ride to the beach

It was dirty no windows in my room old outdated roaches

Other people at our sailing event spent $275 to stay one block away at Hilton MDR, son and I spent $--. Comfy bed, clean sheets and towels, a little run down, but great free parking.

Pergo type floor was swept but had not been mopped in a while, I had to use the bath mat to wipe up my son's drip trail post shower, and the mat was black when done.

Manager very unfriendly. He wouldn't allow a visitor for more than 15 minutes " when I called with a question they told me the phone was only for an emergency. I had to go out in the dark to ask at the office. I was afraid being there.carpet felt dirty

The rooms were clean and comfortable, had a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave), and the room was quiet even being close to a busy street! Would recommend this place to anyone.

I read this in other reviews and was glad to have the warning, but the motel looks sketchy from the outside, but don't fear - the rooms are great on the inside.

The location is very convenient to tourist areas

Soda machine was out of order and there was no do not disturb sign available for the room

Really nice little motel. A little bit of a walk to the boardwalk but we love to walk and only takes 1/2 hour or so. The couple that runs the place are very nice and helpful and make you feel welcome. The room is spacious and clean.

check in staff not friendly. clean a/c filters regularly thanks for cleaning dusty screen in the bathroom need sheets that fit mattress (twin sheets on queen bed no work) clean shower drain so water does not back up while showering.

It's a great priced motel in a great area! It's conveniently located to pretty much anything you need and the beach is less than a couple miles away. The owner was very friendly and hospitable.

The room was very clean and rather large with a 'kitchen like' wet bar area. There was extra attention to detail. Even had a little bag of peanuts in the room,

2 miles to the beach and Venice Boardwalk. We like to do a lot of walking but defiantly a hike. Very short drive but a lot of times parking is a hassle in the beach area.
