Nothing I requested my money back and have not received it yet I did not stay at this hotel there were bed bugs in the bed.

Location to my destination

I was bit on the back of my arm and leg. The attendants tried to give an excuse about some outside bugs. Well I can waive off flying bugs, but the location of the bits would suggest I was laying on my back. Then tried to discredit my complaint.

Yes. I was bit. I told the front desk and they were going to have their technician look into it. When I arrived the 3rd night, they claimed they didn't have rooms. The only reason why I stayed at that location was because of work.

I like that the hotel is nectar to Dennys restaurant and the convenience of being near a truck stop.

I was assigned a room that had not been cleaned well. I had to move from my room to another. The second room was much better. They were quick to move me and had a good attitude.

Water pressure and temp for shower. Much quieter than expected for a truck stop location.

No coffee in room.

The parking was good,it was quiet, the bed was comfortable

Room was super hot. There was no lock on the door , & bending machines took our money ! It says breakfast included online and they didn¿t have any breakfast

Front desk staff was very friendly.

Toilet and shower were dirty. Mirror had streaks and toothpaste splatter. Comforter had cigarette burns and linen smelled musty. Wash cloths and face towels had hair on them. Carpet needed vacuuming. Bed skirt had shoe prints on it.

It was close to where we needed to go.

It said Continental Breakfast but did not provide anything. The spa was cold.

Their location is rite off the fway and next to a Gas station as well as multiple food choices which is why I stay here.

Wish they would provide New, clean towels. I don't use there's only to step onto when getting out of the shower, I bring my own towel.

Location was the best part of my stay and I did love the fact that the fridge in the room got Super Cold. I also enjoyed the movie channels ex. HBO etc...

Got a call from staff saying I took 3 towels,the fact that they were stained & old why would I take them? Having 2 wait til 2 p.m. 2 get them back is absurd! What if I didn't bring my own?I would have 2 wait to shower til then? Inconvenient

It was easy to access being right off the El Camino.

Old building that was renovated but they did not add additional elevators. My parents are 85 & 89. Their room was a gift for their 59th wedding anniversary. I took them to their room and the elevator was on the opposite side from their room. Long walk.

Very very bad service we booked on line and when we arrived there was no rooms available even thou we had reservation!! Nobody called us or an email to advise there was no rooms!!! Very disappointed!!!

Nice, clean, big rooms.

The pool was not in service during my stay, so I was disappointed about that.

Private, quiet, loved the pool and hot tub. Staff helpful!

Lot's of room for improvement with what was provided for breakfast. At least put a vending machine that works which offers a selection of hot drinks. I woke up and wanted a hot drink but did not feel comfortable going out in the am to get one.

Staff had a smile and were very courteous

My keys kept getting erased. (my fault probably)

The management couple were very nice and didn't question why I wanted a refund, and gave me one no problem.

The pool was supposed to be heated but was ice cold, the spa was green and smelled like mildew. I had to give my kids a bath and wash their swim suits right away. I wouldn't let my children take their shoes off in the time we did spend in the room.

The shower was clogged couldn't find luggage cart and staff was never around
