Great location; walkable!

Overcharged , difficult to receive refund, rude front desk staff at checkout , hotel smelled like dog urine

Room and location are great

The gym didn¿t have air conditioning so it was pretty hot but besides that it was a great set up

Bed was comfortable, shower had great pressure, and hot water was great.

The 'continental breakfast' is laughable, and the staff was somewhat disorganized. The price for the room does not reflect the value you get, AND they charge a $28 'destination fee', to "cover all the free amenities" (self parking, wifi, etc). Annoying.

Location Staff was very professional,helpful kind.

Husband purchased Valenwines package. We checked in; room wasn't like in picture, Very small; could barely walk in there. We got a shower/tub not walk in shower like in picture. No chocolates like stated in ad; we were given snack size chips.

This was not a hotel that either of us enjoy staying at.We were woken up but at 8 AM jackhammer out front working on the sidewalk. Walls are very thin

Room service was canceled due to Covid but this was not noted on the website. The beds were incredibly springy and not comfortable at all the pillows were old and went flat continually. The bathroom had the smell of septic and it even though neither of us

The location is absolutely awesome, you are in the midst of all of the action. Walking distance for great food, great shopping and great entertainment.

One waitress was pretty bad, nasty attitude and not acomodating at all during breakfast service only. She was not busy only two other couples were in the restaurant at the time.

I loved that this hotel had a great location near downtown.

The rooms and hallways feel out dated and needs to be updated. The kitchenette was in the bathroom area. Also no microwave.

Very friendly staff who make the extra effort to keep the guests happy. Great location at the edge of downtown Los Gatos within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants.

Nothing...everything was great

Excellent location for walking Los Gatos. Close to everything, but still quiet.

Saggy bed. Had to put pillows under the mattress.

Location was great. Bedding was great. Balcony was great.

Restaurant was not appealing - colors were dull. We wanted a Sunday brunch but they didn't have one.

It's downtown and close to several good restaurants. They have great package plans. I did one called Sip and Saddle. This is hotel stay,picnic,wine tasting and horse back riding.

Nothing. I hesitated and didn't get a suite this time. But the staff went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. I have and keep future bookings at the Toll House

Bathroom was dirty. Spots on floors, shower had who knows what still on floor and wall. Was given a handicap room. AC unit thermostat was not working, freezing cold or too hot. No in between.

Queen room with one bed very small.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bathroom was excellent and very spa like.

Be sure to ask for a "quiet" room. Our room was on the first floor right on street level (very noisy). Wedding party of about 20 got into a fight right outside our window in the middle of the night. Thought we would have to call police but they left.

Restaurant good. Friendly front desk personnel. Refreshing water to drink in lobby.

Room chair dirty. Parking passes to get out of parking garage.
