- Friendly staff and management.
- The room was smelly , The ac was noisy and didn¿t work , towels were stained , no soap in the bathroom , some of the lights in the room had wires hanging , really unsafe
- Staff was friendly.

- Non-smoking room had strong smoke smell. No bath tub.

- Room was disgusting, poorly insulated. Heater had sparks coming from the electrical outlet. Barely any blankets. Comforter had stains. No fitted sheets (just a loose one). Very noisy.
