Clean and convenient location plus free parking. They have security.
Good rooms, bathroom had all necessary supplies.
Great retro vibe and location, especially if visiting UCLA. Easy drive to UCLA and easy walk to food, drug stores, retail. The single cabins and off-street parking are nice.

Cons -

a little noisy. It's not the Ritz Carlton but it is clean, safe, convenient, reasonably priced, good value
Parking is a bit tricky
The mattress could be of better quality. Was lumpy. A coffee pot would be a great addition. Not sure how old the blanket and comforter were. Could use an upgrade.
