Room was very clean and organized. Parking was easy and accessible to room.
There was some road noise which could be heard but that dissipated later in the evening.

The location is great, and having their parking is a big plus, especially in LA. The staff were friendly and accommodating. While the place was spotless, it's starting to show its age. For example, the table in my room was wobbly and caused me to spill coffee on some work documents. It may seem like a small issue, but I believe management should address these details. Other than that, everything was great. They didn’t require a deposit, which I appreciate—that’s one hotel policy in LA I’m not a fan of

The staff was very helpful when I had an issue with my room. They saw that my A/C unit wasn't working and moved me down to a different room, which was very nice of them. The location was decent as well, a good walking distance (10-15 max) from either a bus stop, restaurant, or convenience store.
Various scuffs on walls, but that was expected from a cheaper hotel. At one point my TV wasn't picking up any broadcast signal, but I was able to plug my switch into an HDMI port and that was fine with me. The WiFi, however, needs to be improved as it was as slow as 10's of kilobytes, so not fast enough or reliable for YouTube and such.
