This is more like a hostel than it is a hotel. There are probably different opinions regarding the neighborhood from a safety and security standpoint as the property is set in an area which has a large proportion of the residents in the surrounding bloc

Cons -

It was advertised as a hotel but it is hostel without a front desk person. I tried calling them several times, left a message and i got no call back ever. They did not provide the code to open the gate of the parking lot. Toilet paper ran out.
