- Close to Hollywood hot spots. Excellent restaurant on premises.
- Customer service was exceptional. Hotel employee greeted us coming in and hotel employee went above and beyond in helping my family and I to retrieve our items that we left. My girl serving us for happy hour selected a great cocktail. We will return for a longer stay.
- Helpful staff. Excellent bar inside hotel.

- Location and staff.
- The room wasn't great and got cold at night. There was a random flooring tile leaning against the wall. The male front desk staff read the room number aloud when checking in, which isn't safe.
- No bedside tables in our room.
