- It was close to the place I was selling. Bed was comfortable, but needed another blanket. There was a refrigerator

- Parking space was limited
- No phone, no wake up call, no clock, no Kleenex. No carpet. It is actually a motel, one story on a noisy, busy street. Heater very noisy. Very narrow drive in and out, you had to go to the back parking area to turn around in tiny space. No coffee maker
