- It's like staying with family. The staff is so kind and personable. It was pleasure staying at the Ruby. I'll be back next year for sure!!!
- The hardworking woman at the fromt desk was friendly and helpful
- This had to be the SCARIEST motel I have ever been to!
Cons -
- Not one thing
- No ice machine
- bars on all the windows, motel clerk was behind a 1-way window, wanted a CASH $20 deposit 'just in case I had a guest', the room stunk like cigarettes, AC was not on (it was 90), filth everywhere, unsafe, terrible parking. WORST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN!

the room was nice and the bed was comfortable for the most part . you can choose smoking or non smoking rooms
the ONLY downside of this hotel is the parking.
