Staff was super kind.
Surprisingly clean, modern, and a fairly large room. A good value. It was a block off the main street, so it was quiet.
The staff was very friendly, check-in a breeze, the location was perfect (we picked it for the price and location in town). It is clearly an old motel but you would never know it by the guest rooms; they look completely redone and are spotless!

Cons -

Shower & Bathroom area were quite filthy. The place is run down and needs major cleaning and updating. We were desperate for a place to stay for the evening so unfortunately didn't have another option but to stay there.
Outside there were a few objects, such as a downed basket ball hoop and a dismantled heater out front. It detracted a bit from the appearance of the property.
No ice really. They have some ice in the office from their freezer. Don't even ask for a later checkout...
