The breakfast was convenient and the front desk staff was nice. Other than that I can’t say anything else that was positive.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. The floor was literally coming up, tiles were broken, dirt on the walls, smelled immediately like smoke when we walked it. It was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

You had to buy the ice!!! Cop/Swat stormed a room @ 400am!

The hot tub is not working. The dryer is not working and found blood in my room

The Bed Was Comfy that's about It.

They Need To Update Their rooms Like Now!!! I seen a roach crawling on the floor while using the toilet. Water don't stay Hot for too long.

I feel like people lie on these reviews. This hotel was disgusting and had rust and mold everywhere. The pool was okay but the rooms are just filthy. They have a a film of dirt on everything. The bed covers were not clean. Had crumbs and stains. Disgust!

Pay for ice !!!! they should be ashamed to rent those rooms. It was like staying at the mission. Trimming coming off the wall. Layers of dirt on floor , furniture, beds! Trash left in rooms from previous people. Only thing good was location.

The bathroom had peeling paint and stained porcelain in the tub.

Pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very clean,modernized. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was OK. Staff super nice ! Late checkout at 12. Great for the price

It was a place to stay for the night.

Staff was extremely mean to us and we were charged for a night that we didn¿t stay for due to the manager making us leave. He told us we didn¿t pay for the room and it wasn¿t a homeless shelter, when in fact we had paid for the room.

I was charged for a night I did not stay there. The desk clerk said my card was declined and made us leave. I explained that I had a confirmation number and he said that meant nothing. I left the hotel as requested and he charged my card.

Terrible attitude. Free breakfast was a lie, no even a grab bag. Front desk was rude and stated no breakfast for any month. When I explain your advertising says breakfast he actually laughed and walked away. Do promote what you don¿t offer

Location was close to where I needed to be.

It wasn’t very clean and it was extremely noisy. I didn’t get much sleep, people were walking around talking slamming doors all through the night and into the hour of sunrise.

Being able to park our vehicle there for our cruise.

Night staff was super slow on check-in and didn't give us the room we'd reserved. Bed was very uncomfortable. Room smelled strongly of smoke, even though it was allegedly non-smoking. Carpets dirty. Door was messed up.

My room smelled like if it was a smoking, but I had requested a non smocking room. The front desk man said it was a non smoking, but that people don't listen to him. And he wanted us to deal with it. I wouldn't go back.

The hotel staff was very nice.

Very old room, not sure the sheets are laundered. Unfortunately it was the only room available. Had to run next door to the store and buy some flea spray and also Febreze before I could even unpack.

Location

The Blankets were old and itchy.. Also the cleaners failed to clean urine off the seat some how. They did just give us a new room which was nice. Staff there is actually ok. Well at least the lady that worked at night.

The room was not cleaned from the previous stay, beds were a mess not made. Trash, staff cleaned poorly. Staff was only going to change bed linens and not blankets, after I noticed, and asked for clean blankets the staff indicated they only wash 1 wk.
