The simplicity and cleanliness

Pillows not great

Mattress too soft. Hate height of toilet. Can't play my own videos from my usb drive.

Some of the staff were nice

Towels were not soft. They felt hard. The toilet paper was so thin. Didn¿t know breakfast was from 4 to 9. Some of that made me fell uncomfortable for the breakfast. The hot food was barely warm the pancake mixer shut down

For breakfast is 4 to 9 and not 5 to 10. The problem with the pancake machine they couldnt get it to work order that came three days later and then the new one doesnt have the volume of pancakes that the other one . I would allergic to the sheets

Great hotel. Very cozy, very modern, clean and friendly staff. We would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was good, I like how they have lot's of snack options, a pool table and a very nice gym.

No closet. Just hooks and hangers, not something we've seen before, but overall, the room was nice, comfortable and very clean.

Kid friendly, free wifi, movie channels on tv.

More fruit options for continental breakfast than apples, room on 2nd floor can hear outside noises and delivery trucks at 3am.

Close HWY, clean and good breakfast. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back

My room was given away despite me calling to confirm it was available the day before. There were no available rooms left for my family and the only response offered was I am sorry the person you talked to is new and apparently did not follow through.

Location, the hotel is very clean, confortable beds and good breakfast.

The hotel was extremely clean, rooms extremely clean staff very friendly and responsive. I really enjoy this hotel and definitely will recommend it and come back.

Location. There are gas stations, fast food, Target, Starbucks, and other restaurants within blocks.

They didn¿t clean my room on the day scheduled.

Since we checked in HORRIBLE experience. I talked to Staff about the NOISE and partying the people above my room. When they were ask to please be quite 1am 2am 3am 4am etc from the day we checked in wed 21st till Monday 26th HORRIBLE.

Great hotel with nice upgrades such as Netflix access and wonderful options in the lobby for snacks and drinks.
