The smell actually lol. You walk in and it actually smells good. And it was quite. Very clean not run down

The paring lot was weird. You had to either use the back exit or the side exit. It’s not a terrible, it’s just weird. I wasn’t allowed to put food in my room because I wasn’t on the reservation it was my husband name which mad me mad but they fixed it

The friendly staff. The parking lot was enclosed. Decent breakfast.

Super close to a truck shop. Ask for a room away from the truck shop.. There is no car charger for EV.

Elevator not working. The last time I was there the rooms had carpet in them now it's all hard wood

I did enjoy the space in the room. I did not feel so cramped in the room and the sleeper sofa couch was a nice option. I also liked that our rooms were connected so the kids could go from one room to another without having to go through the hall.

The attendant checking us in, granted she was rushed because there was a line, didn't give us any information. She said nothing about breakfast, the pool hours or wifi, Nor did she state that we would be on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out. All bad.

This hotel is an active construction site. The lobby didn?t exist, the elevator didn?t work, the first floor smelled strongly of paint. Our room was fine once we accessed it (again, through an active construction site) but the overall experience was poor

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Thehotel was very quiet and in a good location.

The main thing that needs improvement is putting a stationary chair at the desk instead of a rolling one. An extra chair for the guests to sit on. A small table and chairs to eat on.

Location is kind of in the middle of nowhere.

Very clean and quiet. I appreciate that we were not able to hear freeway noise eventho we were right next to it. We felt very secure in this location. Easy freeway access as well as market, restaurants and other businesses nearby.

It was right off 1-5 So do not know how noisy rooms were at front of hotel as we requested n received one at the back Location wasn¿t in a very safe looking area but staff said car would be good parked overnight

Great hotel for the price. Nit much to really chose from but this hotel was perfect. Room was very big and the beds were comfortable.

The TV was hard to work and the front desk didn't mention what we needed to do when we checked in.

Hotel is always clean and professional. I loved the breakfast the whole week I was there. Good location right off the I5 Highway with a lot of food amd stores around!

Yes the pictures of the room I booked were absolutely false advertising I was very disappointed that I thought I was paying for a spa room based on the pics only to find out that was an error According to the staff on duty during check in.

Great room, good location

Nothing wrong with the hotel. Located next to some very noisy guests that partied until after midnight and started up at 5 AM. Not many guests so why put us so close together?

The location the check in process I think you should confirm with the guests checking in what type of room how many nights ect. Especially during a pandemic if you can't switch rooms after you've walked in

Booked and paid for a 2 bed got a room with 1 bed

Yes the room keys. Didn't want to work we had to go get it fixed some many times. The room I reserved was not the room we got.
